A full backyard build is what happens when you stop adding one project at a time and design the whole space at once. Instead of a patio this year, a wall next year and a cover someday, we plan the finished backyard up front — how it drains, how you move through it, where you gather — then build it in one coordinated project.
This is our flagship work, and it’s where doing everything in-house pays off. Grading, drainage, concrete, pavers, walls, covered structures, an outdoor kitchen and lighting are all one crew and one plan — no coordinating three contractors who each blame the other when something doesn’t line up.
What a full build includes

The design-first process
Large builds don’t start with a truck showing up. They start with a paid design step: an on-site evaluation of grade, drainage and access, then a plan and a written proposal you can actually build from. That fee is credited toward your project. It’s how a $40k+ transformation gets built once, correctly, instead of improvised in the field.
Built in phases, if you want
A full plan doesn’t mean a full invoice all at once. We design the entire space up front, then build in phases as budget allows — each stage fitting the master plan so nothing has to be torn out and redone later. The plan is the thing that protects your money; the phasing just decides the pace.
What it costs
Full backyard builds are custom by definition. Most land in the $25,000–$60,000+ range, and larger transformations with a covered structure, outdoor kitchen and extensive hardscape run higher. Every build starts with a paid on-site design consultation — credited toward the project — and a written, itemized proposal so you can see every element and phase it if you’d like.
