Three ways to build your backyard
Not every project is a full transformation, and it shouldn’t have to be. We build at three levels, and the right one depends on how you use the space and where you want to land on budget:
- Concrete & flatwork ($8k–$15k) — driveways, slabs, sidewalks, a standalone patio or a repair. The foundation everything else is built on.
- Patio + cover package ($15k–$25k) — a concrete or paver patio paired with a manufactured or pergola-style cover. The value option: engineered, faster to install, defined sizes, shade and rain protection without a full custom build.
- Full custom build ($25k–$60k+) — site-built structures, outdoor kitchens, sport courts, walls, drainage and lighting, designed and built as one project. Unlimited spans, materials matched to your home, and an integrated kitchen or fire feature — no size constraints.

What it costs
Outdoor living projects are priced by the scope of the plan — each piece (patio, fire feature, seat walls, walkways, retaining walls) has its own range, and how they combine drives the total.
