Outdoor living is what happens when your backyard stops being a yard and becomes another room of the house — a place to cook, gather, unwind and actually live. In East Tennessee our long springs and falls mean an outdoor space earns its keep most of the year, and the homes that use theirs the most are the ones where every piece was designed to work together.
That’s the difference between an outdoor living space and a pile of separate projects. A patio here, a fire pit there and a wall somewhere else rarely add up. We plan the whole space — how you’ll move through it, where people gather, how it drains and how it flows — then build it so each element ties into the next.
What an outdoor living space brings together
- Patios in poured concrete, pavers or natural stone
- Fire pits and fire features as the gathering point
- Seat walls and built-in seating
- Walkways and steps that connect the whole yard
- Retaining walls to carve level, usable space out of a slope
- Lighting, drainage and grading so it looks right and lasts
Designed together, not piece by piece
We start with a master plan for the whole space, then build it so the patio, fire feature, seating and paths read as one designed outdoor room. Not ready to do it all at once? We build in phases as budget allows — each stage fitting the master plan instead of boxing you in later.
Outdoor living & entertainment packages
We’re building signature outdoor living packages — proven combinations of the pieces that work best together. Think a patio with an integrated fire feature and seat walls, an entertainer’s setup with a grilling area and lighting, or a low-maintenance paver retreat sized for the whole family. Ask us what packages we’re offering and we’ll tailor one to your yard, your budget and how you like to spend time outside.
What it costs
Outdoor living projects are priced by the scope of the plan — each piece (patio, fire feature, seat walls, walkways, retaining walls) has its own range, and how they combine drives the total. We design the space, then give you an itemized proposal so you can see every part and phase it if you’d like. The individual service pages linked below give per-element pricing.
