West Knoxville is where a lot of the county’s growth is happening, and newer subdivisions in Hardin Valley, Bluegrass and around Northshore come with their own concrete needs — big driveways, new-build patios, and slabs for the shops and additions that come after move-in.

Bigger lots, bigger drainage jobs
The larger lots around Cedar Bluff, Gettysvue and Hardin Valley often mean longer driveways and more grading — and the more area you pour, the more drainage matters. We plan slope and water runoff before the pour so a big new driveway or patio sheds water away from the home instead of holding it against the foundation.
